A KEIGHLEY business has honoured three of its employees who between them have clocked up more than 85 years of unbroken service.

Powerrun Pipe-Mech Ltd, which serves the water and sewage industry, arranged the presentation in the company of managing director Paul Moore and chairman Robert Booth.

The dedicated employees were inspector Brandy Hearn who has been with the firm for 25 years, site manager Dale Knight (35 years) and QHSE manager Alan Hodgson (26 years).

Mr Moore said: “Each employee received a personalised framed letter of thanks from the company together with an engraved glass plaque, £500 worth of holiday gift vouchers and an additional five days’ paid leave.

“The company also provided food and refreshments for all employees with the presentation, and long-service celebrations continued throughout the afternoon and into the early evening.

“Such loyalty and commitment to one single company is something very special these days and it was a pleasure to celebrate this with them.”
